Beginning the first of the month following receipt of your dues; you will be covered under the Association’s Accidental Death & Dismemberment Policy.

 

Insurance

$15,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment

                                                    Members are covered on or off duty 24 hours a day.

 

     Disability

                                     $75 a week up to 52 weeks, following a 30 day waiting period.

                                    Members must seek medical attention within 30 days of the accident.

                                     Disability covers on duty accidents only.

Active Members

Any member of paid, volunteer, combination, military or industrial fire department and EMS services,

members of the State Fire Marshals Office Personnel, State Forestry Personnel

and State Fire College Personnel. Including all ranks, (current or retired)

Associates Members

Representatives of organizations dealing with fire related services.

Honorary Members

Individuals who have demonstrated through their actions,

a sincere interest and commitment to the fire service.

This requires a recommendation from an active member and approval of the Executive Board.
